UK-based creative technology specialist Teq4 has officially signed a mutual collaboration agreement with Ventola Projects, further strengthening its relationship with the VAvR Global Alliance.
The agreement was signed during a business convention in Brighton last week, marking a significant step in formalising the ongoing partnership between the companies. The collaboration expands the scope of their working relationship across products and services, reinforcing a shared commitment to delivering integrated entertainment and experiential solutions.
This latest milestone builds on the partnership first announced last year, which introduced Teq4’s Beyond Bowling concept – an immersive, digitally augmented bowling experience developed in alignment with the VAvR Global Alliance.
The collaboration brings together Teq4’s expertise in interactive systems with Ventola Projects’ strengths in display technologies and AV integration.
John Bullivant, CEO of Teq4, notes: “Signing this agreement marks an important milestone in our relationship with Ventola Projects and the wider VAvR Global Alliance. Over the past year, we’ve demonstrated the potential of combining creative technology with robust AV infrastructure, and this formal collaboration allows us to move faster and go further. Together, we’re focussed on delivering engaging, commercially viable experiences that raise the bar for entertainment venues.”
Mick Ventola, Founder of Ventola Projects, adds: “Through the VAvR Global Alliance, we’re bringing together best-in-class technologies and creative expertise to deliver fully integrated solutions for the leisure and entertainment sector. This collaboration strengthens our ability to support operators with scalable, future-ready experiences.”
Both companies aim to accelerate the development and deployment of scalable, experience-led solutions within the leisure and family entertainment centre sectors. The partnership will continue to focus on creating cohesive, future-ready offerings that enhance visitor engagement while integrating seamlessly with existing venue infrastructure.
Further announcements and joint initiatives are expected as the collaboration evolves.
